Dr. Fakhriravari resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, two children, and dog, Kirby. He went to high school in Connecticut and attended Southern Connecticut State College for one year after high school. He then moved to Houston in 1982, where he went to the University of Houston Central Campus and received his Bachelor's degree in science and mathematics.
After completing his degree, Dr. Fakhriravari attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his DDS in 1994. Since then, he has been practicing full time at Southern Dental. He considers Texas his home. His ultimate goal is to help patients achieve the best oral health possible.

Dr. Albert Barton is an Army brat born in West Germany to a German mother and American father. His family moved frequently between various military bases in the U.S. and Germany before finally retiring at Fort Hood, Texas. Upon graduation at Killeen High School and The University of Texas at El Paso, Dr. Barton studied dentistry at The University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and graduated in 1982.
Dr. Barton then served three years in the U.S. Army as a Captain stationed at a two-man dental clinic in Budingen, Germany. In 1985, after he was discharged with honors, Dr. Barton started his career with Southern Dental Associates, which has now surpassed thirty consecutive years. Dr. Barton's family includes his wife of 26 years, a son and daughter-in-law, seven grandkids, and their beloved two toy poodles.
